Due to large parcel volumes within their network and COVID restrictions, Australia Post are advising there are significant delays within their networks.

Orders placed online are supplied from our store in Parkdale Victoria.
Due to delays within the Australia Post and Star Track network due to the high volume of parcels, please anticipate longer than the average delivery time frames listed below for your order.

Service Availability

Delivery is available to all states in Australia: NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT and TAS Metro and Regional areas.

Delivering Your Goods

A signature is required for deliveries. Please ensure that you or someone authorized is present to accept delivery.

Australia Post

In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox with details to arrange pick-up at your local Australia Post Retail outlet.
