Lega Australia
Lega Australia, a family-run business has been spending time with bees and beekeepers for over seventy years since it was established. Ever since then, Lega Australia has been one of the experienced beekeeping equipment suppliers and apiary supplies manufacturers in Australia.
At the same time, Lega Australia began producing their own custom-made beekeeping equipment and beekeeper’s kits for ourselves and we later expanded to accommodate an increasing number of beekeepers. They also bred queen bees for around a decade to satisfy the demands of beekeepers in the region of Romagna. The experience gained has led us to produce the best-suited equipment to carry out this kind of work, in an industry that is now growing as consumers revert to nature and its most organic goods.
Honey Extractors
Honey extraction is the process that occurs right after the uncapping. This process happens by using honey harvesting equipment and honey extracting equipment such as honey extractor machines. Lega Australia offer a wide range of honey extractors: radial, tangential or reversible, manual or motorized, as well as honey extractor covers to adapt to any type of need of beekeepers.
Honey Handling Equipment
The packaging of honey is an important process in honey handling. It is performed with intricacy to comply with the rules and regulations. Harvested honey is stored in stainless honey tanks during and after treatment. For an automatic process, dosing machines, labeling machines, and capping machines of different sizes have become a necessity.
Apiary Tools and Smokers
An apiary is an environment in which the beehives are placed. This place is chosen with the greatest care by the beekeepers to ensure and allow the bees to operate in the best possible climatic and environmental situation. Operating or working in the apiary requires one to have appropriate attire, apiary items, beekeeping tools, and beekeeping smokers
